Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard and guide medical doctors to seamlessly use our healthcare system
- Build trust and provide outstanding support through responsive communication
- Visit medical clinics to offer in-person assistance and strengthen engagement
- Deliver educational sessions to help doctors unlock the full potential of our platform
- Encourage ongoing adoption and address user challenges proactively
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation, especially with professional clients
- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with medical professionals
- Comfort with technology; able to quickly learn and explain new systems and software
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to addressing issues
- Willingness to travel occasionally to medical clinics for onsite support
- Previous experience in healthcare, customer success, or support (preferred but not required)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
