Key Responsibilities:

  1. Onboard and guide medical doctors to seamlessly use our healthcare system
  2. Build trust and provide outstanding support through responsive communication
  3. Visit medical clinics to offer in-person assistance and strengthen engagement
  4. Deliver educational sessions to help doctors unlock the full potential of our platform
  5. Encourage ongoing adoption and address user challenges proactively

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation, especially with professional clients
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with medical professionals
  • Comfort with technology; able to quickly learn and explain new systems and software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to addressing issues
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to medical clinics for onsite support
  • Previous experience in healthcare, customer success, or support (preferred but not required)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
